These Terms govern your use of Agent AI, operated by Get Seen Co LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Agent AI provides an AI-powered personal assistant that communicates with your leads and clients via phone, text, and email. Includes persona generation, conversation handling, calendar booking, lead scoring, CRM sync, and voice cloning.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• You must be authorized to connect any accounts you integrate.

3. AI Communications Disclosure

You acknowledge Agent AI sends messages and makes calls on your behalf using AI. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, inform contacts when required, and take responsibility for AI-sent content.

4. Voice Cloning Consent

If you use voice cloning, you confirm the voice sample is yours, consent to AI voice model creation, and understand it will be used for phone conversations. Delete anytime from Settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Agent AI to send spam, misrepresent your identity, violate any law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR), harass anyone, or harm the service.

6. Billing

• Free trial: 60 days, no credit card required.
• Subscription: $199/month after trial.
• Cancellation: Anytime from the app. No refunds for partial months.
• Price changes: 30 days notice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your content, messages, and data. Your persona document is yours — export anytime. Our software and algorithms are our intellectual property.

8. Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee AI responses will always be appropriate, that leads will convert, specific business outcomes, or 100% uptime. You are responsible for reviewing your AI's interactions.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Data preserved 90 days after termination, then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

Governed by South Carolina law. Disputes resolved in Greenville County courts.
