Agent AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the agent-ai.ai website and Agent AI mobile application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Agent AI, we collect:

• Account information: Name, email, phone number, profession, and location.
• Message data for voice analysis: Your last 200 outbound messages from connected email or SMS. We read outbound messages only — never your clients' incoming messages.
• Voice recordings: If you opt into voice cloning, a short audio sample (~3 minutes) to create your AI voice model.
• Conversation data: Messages between your contacts and your AI assistant.
• Usage data: Corrections you make to AI responses, feature usage, and session duration.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Persona generation: Messages analyzed once to build your communication profile. Raw messages deleted after analysis. We keep only the generated persona.
• AI responses: Your persona, knowledge base, and conversation history generate contextually appropriate responses.
• Voice cloning: Audio samples sent to ElevenLabs exclusively for your phone interactions.
• Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns. We never use individual personas to train models for other users.

3. Data Isolation

Every professional's data is completely isolated via row-level security. One user's data can never be accessed by another — even in the event of an application-level bug.

4. Data Retention

• Raw messages: Deleted immediately after voice analysis (~60 seconds).
• Persona documents: Retained while your account is active.
• Conversation history: Retained while active. Export or delete anytime.
• Voice clones: Delete instantly from Settings.
• After cancellation: All data preserved 90 days, then permanently deleted.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and auth (SOC 2 compliant)
• Anthropic (Claude API): AI language model
• ElevenLabs: Voice cloning
• Twilio: SMS and voice delivery
• Stripe: Payment processing

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Your Rights

• Access, export, or delete all your data from the app or by emailing us.
• Delete your voice clone instantly from Settings.
• Request complete account deletion (removed within 30 days).

7. TCPA Compliance

Your AI only initiates contact with leads who first contacted you (inbound-first). Outbound follow-ups include opt-out instructions. Voice calls are disclosed as AI-assisted upon request.

8. Security

TLS 1.3 encryption, row-level security on all tables, encrypted OAuth tokens, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
